Getting a goodnight of sleep is one of THE most important things. Getting enough sleep is essential for helping a person maintain optimal health and well-being. The benefits of a good “sleep” are:

> 4- More social and emotional intelligence

> 5- An improvement and prevention of mental health issues

These topics just scratch the surface of the hundreds of sleep benefits. Overall, sleep helps the brain and body function better. It is clinically proven that around 8 hours of sleep allows people of all ages to have peek performance, and an overall happier lifestyle. Getting into good sleep habits and a good rhythm of sleep can be difficult. But once you figure out your personal strategie, sleep will be your favorite thing!
