My Weekend Morning Routine

8:00- Wake Up

8:05- Drink Water! Hydration is very important

8:10- Time to work out! I like to start off with a 25 minute HIIT workout

8:35- Next I like to do 25 minutes of abs

8:55- Lastly, I stretch for 15 minutes

9:10- After I work, I shower

9:20- To fuel my body for the day I make a healthy balanced breakfast, avocado toast, and a banana with more water!

9:35- I like to relax, and watch Greys Anatomy before getting started on the rest of my day!
