Throughout the initial quarantine and everyday now, my all time favorite way to work out at home is to watch YouTube videos! I know what you’re thinking. “How can a YouTube video be equivalent to working out in the gym!” Well, I have found that if you find the right person to watch on YouTube then your workout will be highly effective and very fun! WHO I LOVE:
I like to choose a couple videos from these lady’s everyday. There are hundreds of different videos and channels you can choose from. These happen to be what works for me.
