Eva Klemyk never shies away from a challenge.

Starting as a “mini” dancer at the age of three, Eva quickly embraced a dancers’ lifestyle and was
rewarded with a position as a member on a competition team. Dancing became a huge part of Eva’s life and allowed her to train, compete and win titles in dance competitions from Massachusetts to Florida over the next 10 years. Though she's recently stepped away from dance, Eva is now a varsity cheerleader.

Balancing her love for school and helping others achieve goals of their own inspired Eva to develop her flexingCONFIDENCE platform, helping youth build their self-confidence through living a healthy and active lifestyle.

Eva establishes that the key to flexing your own confidence is staying active --- it is important for both ones’ physical and mental health. More importantly, Eva is fond of saying, “When you feel healthy, you feel confident.”

Goals, like challenges, are a part of growing up. From an early age, Eva’s parents taught her and her brother that goals, along with a plan to achieve them, are a big part of living a successful and fulfilled life. She is now working to share this mindset with others through her workshop series and blog posts.
